Ambassador Event Request Form

The Georgia Tech Student Ambassadors act as event hosts and student body representatives at the request of alumni, faculty, and staff of Georgia Tech. There is no fee associated with using the Ambassadors. We sincerely request that no tips of any form or gratuities be given to any of our members.  

Please be aware of the following conditions for request approval:

  • Requests must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.
  • Requests are subject to student availability.
  • To change or cancel a request, please email Event Coordinator, DeLanie Roberts, at least 72 hours prior to the event. 
All requests are subject to review by the Student Ambassadors Executive Board. 

Ambassador Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and alumni to events 
  • Offering wayfinding/directional assistance 
  • Assisting with registration and/or check-in processes 
  • Discussing the student perspective with guests and alumni 
  • Serving on panels for discussion about Georgia Tech and its community 
  • Networking with guests and alumni
